Who are we?

Founded in 2023 by co-founders Jade & Dani Adams, IRIS RUBY FOUNDATION was born from personal experience and triumph over mental health challenges. As both mental health patients and overcomers, Jade and Dani understand firsthand the struggles and barriers that individuals face on their mental wellness journey. The foundation is lovingly named after their first-born daughter, Iris Ruby. She was named after the iris flower, symbolizing hope and courage, and ruby, representing strength and vitality - our foundation embodies the resilience of the human spirit that she represents.

What started as a passionate mission to share their story of recovery has quickly grown into a comprehensive outreach organization dedicated to spreading mental health awareness across diverse communities. We believe that mental wellness is not a luxury but a fundamental human right, and everyone deserves access to compassionate support and understanding.

Our approach is deeply rooted in community connection and education. We work directly with schools to reach young minds, conduct workshops at colleges to support students during critical transition periods, partner with churches to provide faith-based mental health resources, and engage with communities to break down stigma and promote healing conversations.
